Now you can put your name on one
of television's most beloved shows
Millions of dedicated fans stretching decades revere the show - a deft mixture of comedy and drama. In a field of 1970's broadcast blandness, M*A*S*H was a true television original.
Until the 2010 Superbowl, the finale of M*A*S*H was the highest rated program in TV history - an honor it held for a staggering 29 years.
The global visibility and impact of this legendary program remains strong today. It still airs regularly in over 20 countries and M*A*S*H fans come from all over the world to visit the site (now Malibu Creek State Park) where this beloved program was filmed for 11 years.
R7 Media principal Brian Rooney is proud to have been the driving force behind the renewal, protection and continued improvement of the M*A*S*H set and has been assigned by California State Parks headquarters in Sacramento to secure sponsorship for the M*A*S*H site to make this special place even more rewarding for visitors.
VIP tours of the M*A*S*H set by 4x4 vehicle are available for potential sponsors.

Excellent wide scale PR In a random sampling during two hours at the set, visitors from Canada, France and the Czech Republic were verified at the site. This combined with the very strong domestic visitor count gives one a brief look at the enduring global popularity and influence this program has on viewers and consumers and the goodwill that will be generated for a sponsor.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Shade Shelter With the army tents removed long ago, for decades there was no usable shade at the site. Large groups and individuals would make the 2.5 mile hike from the parking lot, then have no place to cool off. Finally in 2013, a cadre of dedicated volunteers pooled their resources and erected a shade shelter.
The shelter covers the picnic tables at the site which are located where the mess tent was during filming, so now thousands of monthly visitors can have a comfortable lunch essentially "in" the mess tent. The structure measures approximately 50' x 12' and looks authentic with round poles and camouflage netting over the top.
This is the most dominant sponsorship opportunity at the M*A*S*H set. A steel plaque acknowledging and thanking the sponsor will be mounted on the framing.
100% Tax Deductible All sponsorships will be directed to the Malibu Creek State Park Docents, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
Exclusive Screenings Imagine watching M*A*S*H episodes on a big screen outdoors at the site where the show was shot. Sponsors will be granted the opportunity to host a VIP screening event BBQ on a warm spring evening for their friends, employees and business associates. Schedule permitting, cast members of television's M*A*S*H may attend your screening for their usual appearance fee. These screenings are a sponsor exclusive and available nowhere else.
After a 2007 site renewal and re-dedication, the historic M*A*S*H set is more popular than ever. The tents may be gone, but the memories remain. Along with an original Jeep and ambulance that appeared on the show is the helipad that brought wounded to the 4077th. Volunteers rebuilt the iconic signpost that points the way home for cast members and a restored period military ambulance was donated to the site and is much loved and photographed by visitors.
The M*A*S*H site is the only original set of a legendary television program that is open to the public everyday. Several more additions are needed to properly honor this extraordinary show and create a better experience for visitors. Your help is needed.
Information Displays While temporary wood displays are currently in use at the site, permanent metal displays with M*A*S*H production photographs, information, trivia and a map of the site are very much needed.
Each display will be approximately 36" x 24" and will acknowledge and thank the sponsor.
Custom Picnic Tables With the historic M*A*S*H set being a favorite area of the park for so many visitors, bringing a lunch and eating at the set is very popular. We plan to replace the five older picnic tables at the site with new ones that include character quotes from the show sealed on the top slats. The quotes will reflect the pathos and humor that the program is famous for such as: “If it weren’t for the war, we’d be really having a good time” - Col. Henry Blake and "I don’t think the dresses are working. I may have to re-enlist to prove I’m crazy” -Cpl. Max Klinger. The sponsor's name will be rendered on the table top and sealed for longevity.
An important distinction: Unlike other sponsorships that yield a short-term appearance in an ad or on an event banner, this is a multi-year positive exposure opportunity for the sponsor with significant return-on-investment.
Excellent web visibility Sponsor logo and acknowledgment will appear prominently on the Malibu Creek State Park website that gets 5,000-6,000 monthly visitors.
